疑似服务器配置带不动 现在是什么配置

目前另外一个进不去连初始界面都看不到，另外两个人可以正常游玩，感觉不是服务器，服务器的话是用内网穿透，cpu7700k 内存16g，但是服务器里的玩的没问题，那个崩溃的也没有到进服务器的阶段

他进不去的具体表现是什么？是单纯无法进入服务器，但能单人游玩，游戏能正常加载进入页面吗？还是启动游戏就直接崩溃？
